Cookie policy

Tintaki only uses the cookies it needs to work. There are no advertising or social media cookies.

Updated 28 October 2026

Provisional text. The details marked “pending” will be completed once the owner of the service has been decided.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser to remember information between visits or between pages. This policy also applies to similar technologies, such as the browser's local storage.

2. Which cookies we use and why

Tintaki uses only the cookies it needs to work: keeping you logged in, protecting forms against attacks and remembering the language you choose. These cookies do not require your consent because the service cannot be provided without them.

We do not use advertising or social media cookies, and we do not share browsing data with third parties to show you ads.

The approval link received by agencies' clients uses only the technical session cookie.

3. List of cookies

Cookie Set by Purpose Duration Type
plataforma-session Tintaki Keeping you logged in and remembering the chosen language 120 minutes of inactivity Technical
XSRF-TOKEN Tintaki Protecting forms against cross-site request forgery attacks 120 minutes Technical
remember_web_… Tintaki Keeping the session open if you tick "Remember me on this device" 400 days or until you log out Technical

Once payments are enabled, the payment and subscription management pages will also set the Stripe cookies __stripe_mid (1 year) and __stripe_sid (30 minutes), which are technical, to prevent payment fraud. More information in Stripe's cookie policy.

Usage statistics

Tintaki does not currently use any statistics tool. If we add one, it will be hosted on our servers in the EU, without cookies and without identifying people, or we will ask for your permission beforehand.

Meta login

When you connect Instagram or Facebook, a Meta window opens on its own domain. The cookies in that window are set by Meta, not by Tintaki, and are governed by Meta's cookie policy.

4. How to manage them

As we only use technical cookies, there is nothing to accept. If you block them in your browser, Tintaki will not be able to keep you logged in.

You can delete or block them in your browser settings:

  • Chrome
  • Firefox
  • Safari
  • Edge

If in future we use cookies that require consent, we will ask for it before setting them, with the option to accept, reject or choose by type, and you will be able to change your decision at any time from the "Cookies" link in the footer.

5. More information

Controller: service owner pending, tax ID (NIF) pending, registered address pending. For any questions: privacy email pending. More details on how we process your data in the privacy policy.
